Where to stay in Santa Fe New Mexico?

I was wondering if anybody knew of a good place to stay in or near the plaza in Santa Fe. I am on a little bit of a budget (100-175/night).

Most hotels downtown (i.e. near the Plaza) are really expensive, because of the tourist thing in Santa Fe. You would be lucky to find anything in that price range. You might be better off looking at a motel on Cerrillos Road and using the bus to get downtown –
