I don’t live in Santa Fe, but i tried a search on your behalf, and, of the 384 Asian Supermarkets listed nationwide, I could not locate one in all of New Mexico, much less Santa Fe. My searches through their telephone directories yielded the same disappointing results, I’m sorry to report. There are 3 locations listing themselves as Asian under dining, which follow, and perhaps you can call them to see where they get their ingredients, or shop for their homes:

I’m not trying to be a smart aleck, but I’m fromt he Southwest, and the reason you won’t find any is because there aren’t any.
The majority of the population is Mexican and Navajo/Hopi Indian tribes.
