Cilantro Vinaigrette
Combine:
3/4 cup of salad oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (coriander)
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
Stir or shake well.
Not sure if it is the same recipe but you might try it..Good luck
