I’ve been to both and frankly didn’t like either place.
Every dish has corn, green chile’s and pork in it. The recipe names may be different, but the taste isn’t.
As for sightseeing, they have missions, art museums, Indian pueblos (which weren’t bad), horseback riding, fishing, and pretty sunsets.
I wouldn’t be able to take a week of it.

I live in Alb, so I guess I might have just gotten used to it, so I’d say Santa Fe. It depends, Santa Fe is more art and stuff while Alb has a cool downtown area. But most likely you’d have a better time in Santa Fe.
